I draw from a variety of evidenced-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help adults take tangible steps to move towards their goals and dreams. Throughout the process, I create a comfortable environment through warmth, deep listening, and respect for all of my clients.
For couples who are gridlocked in conflict or have drifted apart, therapy can help you find strategies to cope better with challenges and deepen your bond. I draw primarily from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy in my work with couples. I am hands on and practical, encouraging empathy, new paths of conflict resolution, and enhanced connection during these sessions.
