Looking for support? Wanting to make changes in your life but not sure where to start? Individual therapy can help you develop a path for healing and obtain the skills to feel better.  I draw from a variety of methods including mindfulness, holistic wellness and relationship skill building, to help adults take tangible steps to move towards their goals and dreams. Throughout the process, I create a comfortable environment through warmth, deep listening, and respect for all of my clients.


Couples therapy

For couples who are gridlocked in conflict or have drifted apart, therapy can help you find strategies to cope better with challenges and deepen your bond. I am hands on and practical, encouraging empathy, new paths of conflict resolution, and enhanced connection during these sessions.
